How to Export Products on Rapid.lk

Step 1: Access the Products Export Page 

  • 1.Go to My Account > Products > Products Import
  • 2.Click on the “Products Export” icon in the upper-right corner.

Step 2: Configure Export Options 

You will be directed to the Products Export page, where you can set your export preferences. 

  • 1. Which Columns Should Be Exported? 

On the Products Export page, select which columns you want to include in the CSV file.

  • Options: You can either: 
  • Export all columns. 
  • Select specific columns using the dropdown menu. (Such as ID, SKU, Name, Published, Is Featured, etc.)
  • 2. Select Product Types to Export 

Choose the type of products you want to export. 

  • Options: The export options include: 
  • All products. 
  • Specific product types such as: 
  • Simple Product 
  • External/Affiliate Product 
  • Product Variations 
  • 3. Export Custom Meta (Optional) 

If you wish to include custom meta fields in your export, check the box next to “Yes, export all custom meta”. 

Step 3: Generate the CSV File 

  • After filling out your export preferences, click the "GENERATE CSV" button. 
  • The site will generate a CSV file containing your selected products and will prompt you to download it to your local computer.
