How Can I Find the Media I Have Uploaded to Rapid.lk Garage Site

This guide explains how to access, manage and organize the media you’ve uploaded to Rapid.lk using the Media Manager. You can easily view and delete your media files conveniently.

Step 1: Navigate to the Media Tab

  • Click on “My Account” in the top menu.
  • Click on the “Media” tab to access the Media Manager.

Step 2: Explore the Media Manager Page

Once you’re on the Media Manager page, you’ll see a list of all the media files you’ve uploaded. Each file is displayed in a structured format with the following details; 

  • Media: Displays a thumbnail preview of each uploaded image. This helps you quickly identify images visually.
  • File: Displays the file name.
  • Associate: Shows the associated garage title if the media is linked to a garage listing.

*NOTE: If a media file is not associated, this field will remain blank.

  • Size: Displays the file size in KB or MB.
  • Action: Provides options to View or Delete the file.

Step 3: Viewing an Image

  • Locate the media file you want to view.
  • Click on the “View” icon next to the image.
  • The image will open in a larger view, allowing you to inspect it more closely.

Step 4: Deleting a Media File

To delete an unwanted media file:

  • Locate the media file you want to delete.
  • Click on the Delete icon next to the file.
  • A confirmation dialog box will appear with the message: “Are you sure and want to do this?”.
  • Click Ok to delete the Media permanently.
