How Do I Access the Knowledgebase?
Step 1: Accessing the Knowledgebase
1. Navigate to My Account > Knowledgebase.
2. Click on the Knowledgebase tab.
Step 2: Viewing the Guidelines
After clicking on the Knowledgebase tab, you will be directed to the "Guidelines for Profile Users" page.
Browse through the list of available guidelines displayed on the page.
Each guideline is listed with a title, category and an Action column.
To view a specific guideline:
Locate the guideline you wish to explore in the list.
Click on the View icon in the Action column corresponding to that guideline.
Upon clicking the View icon:
The selected guideline will open, displaying a detailed, step-by-step walkthrough of the chosen topic.
