How to create a Garage Post?

Step 1: Access the Garage Page

  • Navigate to your Dashboard.
  • Click on the "Garage" section.
  • Click the "Add New" button to start creating a new garage ad.

Step 2: Add Garage Details

You will be directed to the Add Garage page, where you can enter the necessary details for your garage ad. 

# 1. Garage Name

  • Enter the name of your garage.
  • Example: “AutoFix Solutions“ 

# 2. District

  • Select your garage's district from the dropdown list.
  • Example: “Colombo“ 

# 3. City

  • After selecting the district, a city dropdown will appear. Choose your city.
  • Example: “Homagama” 

# 4. Description

  • Provide a detailed description of your garage, highlighting its features and services.
  • Example: “AutoFix Solutions provides expert vehicle repair services with state-of-the-art facilities. We specialize in engine repair, body painting, and computerized scanning.” 

# 5. Location

Click on the Location tab and fill in your garage’s full address.

    • Example: “123 Main Street, Homagama, Colombo.”
  • Confirm the location after entering the address.

# 6. Garage Type

Select one or more type of garage from the dropdown list

  • Example: “Auto Repair“ 

# 7. Garage Opening Hours

Click on the Garage Opening Hours tab.

  • Use the date picker to specify opening and closing times for each day (Monday to Sunday).
  • Example: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Sunday: Closed. 
  • To reset times, click the "Reset" button.

# 8. Facilities and Amenities

Click on the Facilities and Amenities tab. 

  • Choose from the dropdown list to add amenities.

Example:

  • Refreshment: Checked
  • WiFi: Checked
  • Parking: Checked

# 9. Services

Click on the Services tab and select one or more services.

Example: 

  • Engine Repair (Checked)
  • Electrical Repair (Checked)
  • Computerized Scanning (Checked)

# 10. Contact Details

Click on the Contact Details tab and fill in the following:

  • Email: autofix@example.com
  • Person Name: John Smith
  • Primary Contact Number: 071 xxx xxxx
  • Secondary Contact Number: 077 xxx xxxx

Step 3: Submit Your Garage Ad

  • After filling in all the required fields, click the "Submit" button.
  • Your garage ad will be published on Rapid.lk Garage site and visible to potential customers.
