How to Export Garages on Rapid.lk

This guide provides a step- by- step process for exporting garages from Rapid.lk to a CSV file. Follow these instructions to easily generate a file containing your information. 

Step 1: Access the Garage Export Page

  • Log in to your Rapid.lk account.
  • Navigate to: My Account > Garages > Garages Import
  • Click on the “Garages Export” icon located in the upper- right corner of the page.

Step 2: Configure Export Options

You will be directed to the Garages Export page. Here, you can customize your export preferences by selecting the data you need. 

# 1. Which columns should be exported?

  • Choose which columns you want to include in the CSV file.
  • You can select one or more column names such as;
  • ID
  • Type
  • Name
  • Published
  • Example: If you only need the garage name and its type, select Name and Type columns.

# 2. Which Garage types should be exported?

  • Select the types of garages you want to export from the available options;
  • Options: You can select either,
  • Export all Garages
  • Simple Garage
  • Garage Variations
  • Example: If you only want a list of garages without variations, choose Simple Garage.

# 3. Export Custom Meta (Optional)

  • If your garages include custom meta fields (e.g.; specific tags or additional information), check the box next to:
  • “Yes, export all custom meta”
  • This ensures any additional data associated with your garages is included in the CSV file.

Step 3: Generate the CSV file

  • After filling out your export preferences, click the “GENERATE CSV” button.
  • The site will process your request and generate a CSV file containing your selected garages.
  • A prompt will appear to download the file to your local computer.
