How Can I Find the Media I Have Uploaded to Rapid.lk?

Using the Media Manager, you can view: rename images, associate, view or delete your images conveniently. 

 

Step 1: Navigate to the Media Tab 

  • Go to My Account > Media
  • Click on the "Media" Tab.

Step 2: Explore the Media Manager Page 

The Media Manager page displays each uploaded media file in a list format, with the following details: 

  • Media: A thumbnail preview of each image. 
  • File: Displays the name of the file. 
  • Associate: Shows the associated product title if the media is linked to a product listing. 
  • Size: Shows the file size of each media item. 
  • Action: Contains options to View and Delete each image. 

Step 3: Viewing an Image 

  • Click the View icon next to the media file you want to view. 
  • The image will open in a larger view, allowing you to see it in more detail. 

Step 4: Deleting an Image 

If you choose to delete an image by clicking the Delete icon, a confirmation message will appear. 

  • A message will appear asking, "Are you sure and want to do this?" with Ok and Cancel buttons. 
  • Click Ok to delete the media permanently. If you wish to keep the file, click Cancel.
