How Do I Access the Customer Guide on Rapid.lk?
Step 1: Accessing the Customer Guide
Navigate to My Account > Customer Guide.
Click on the Customer Guide tab. Then you will be directed to the "Guidelines for Store Users" page.
Step 2: Viewing the Guidelines
After reaching the
Guidelines for Store Users
page, you will see a list of available guidelines
Each guideline is displayed with the following details:
Title: The topic of the guideline.
Category: The group or type of the guideline.
Action Column: Options to view specific guidelines.
To View a Specific Guideline
Locate the guideline you wish to explore in the list.
Use the titles and categories to identify the guideline relevant to your query.
Click on the View icon in the Action column corresponding to the selected guideline.
Upon clicking the View Icon
The selected guideline will open, displaying a detailed, step-by-step walkthrough of the chosen topic.
