If you’ve forgotten your password for Rapid.lk, this guide will help you reset it and regain access to your account. Follow the steps below to reset your password.
Step 1: Locate the Password Reset Option
Go to the Rapid.lk Login page.
At the bottom of the login page, find the “Lost your password?” link.
Step 2: Access the Reset Password Request Page
Click on the “Lost your password?” link.
You will be directed to the Reset Password Request page.
Step 3: Request a Password Reset
On the Reset Password Request page, you will see a box where you can enter either your Username or Email Address.
After entering your username or email, click on the “Reset Password” button.
The system will display a message: “An email has been sent. Please check your inbox”.
Step 4: Check Your Email
If the entered details an account in the system, you will receive an email containing a link to reset your password.
Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a password reset email.
Open the email and click on the Reset Password link provided.
Step 5: Reset Your Password
The link will direct you to a Reset Password Form.
Enter your new password in the New Password field.
Re- enter your new password in the Re-enter Password field to confirm.
Click the Reset Password button.
Step 6: Sign In to your Password
If the passwords match, the system will confirm the reset and provide a “Sign In” option.
Click on “Sign In” and log in using your username/email and new password.
