Is my booking confirmed when I send a request?

No. A request is confirmed only when the provider confirms it (or when a provider has enabled instant confirmation for that vehicle). You can track status from your dashboard.

Who do I pay?

Unless online payment is shown on the booking, payments are arranged directly with the provider. Payments recorded by providers are labelled differently from payments verified through an online gateway.

Is the booking summary a rental agreement?

No. The booking summary records what was agreed on Rapid.lk. Providers are responsible for their own rental agreements and legal compliance.

What does the displayed price include?

Each listing shows whether the price includes a driver, fuel, insurance, mileage or delivery. Where the cost depends on dates or terms, request a quotation.
