How Verification Works

A Verified badge is shown only after a Rapid.lk staff member has completed our documented verification checks for that business or provider and recorded the result.

What we check

• The contact phone number and email belong to the applicant.
• Business registration details, where supplied.
• For rent-a-car providers: evidence of authority to offer the listed vehicles for rent.
• For certificates marked as verified: the certificate was reviewed by staff.

What verification does not mean

Verification does not guarantee the quality of any vehicle, part or service, insurance coverage, or legal compliance. Qualifications not marked as verified are self-declared by the advertiser.
